Founded in 2010 as iCubemedia, we spent over a decade building custom software for clients across Canada and the US. In 2024, we rebranded to iCube Labs and shifted from agency work to launching our own B2C and B2B AI products. Our mission stayed the same: put production-ready software in the hands of the people who actually run businesses.

Where most AI companies sell consulting decks and pilots, we ship products. Donna is the clearest expression of that, a 24/7 AI receptionist that real owners install, configure, and use the same week they sign up.

Every product we ship is built in-house and earns its keep. Many have been acquired, scaled across countries, or grown into independent platforms.
