Donna uses studio-grade speech-to-text. Word error rate is typically under 5% for clear English calls and under 10% for accented or noisy calls. Transcripts include confidence scores per segment.
Can I delete transcripts for privacy?
Yes. Retention is configurable per business: 30, 60, 90 days, or off entirely. You can also bulk-delete by caller or date range, and individual callers can request deletion under GDPR/CCPA.
Are transcripts encrypted?
Yes — at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Pro tier supports BYO encryption keys.
Do transcripts work in non-English?
